Our Design Approach

In the lobby of Titanic Anadolu Gebze we designed a sculptural composition of hand-worked copper discs running the full height of the wall. Every disc carries its own light source: by day the surface reads like a textured relief, and once darkness falls it turns into a field of stars made of hundreds of warm points of light. This dual character gives the lobby a different identity by day and by evening.

Custom-Made Wall Lighting

The discs were produced one by one, with copper sheets hand-beaten and patinated; no two are the same. The light sources were concealed behind the discs, entirely eliminating direct glare. The whole composition can be dimmed from a single driver infrastructure, and reception, event and night scenarios were programmed separately. Installation was made onto the wall structure with concealed brackets, and every disc was detailed so it can be removed and cleaned.

Coherence Across the Hotel

The material language of the lobby installation was continued in the lift lobbies, corridor wall lights and public area pendants. The guest therefore meets the same warm copper tone at every point in the building.

Process and Warranty

As in every project, the process began with a survey: the space was measured, sample units were submitted for approval, production was completed in our workshop and installation was carried out by our own team. All fixtures were delivered with long-life LED sources and easy-to-maintain standard lamp holders and access details. After handover, a commissioning visit fine-tuned the light levels under real conditions of use; our products are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects.
