A complete decorative lighting scheme for the hotel's guest room categories. Bedside and floor lamps, desk lighting and headboard wall lights were developed as a single family, so every room type reads as part of the same design language while keeping the warm, glare-free atmosphere expected of a city hotel.

Our Design Approach

At the Avantgarde Urban hotel in Levent we delivered a decorative lighting programme covering all guest rooms and suites. In every room type, headboard wall lights, desk fixtures and entrance hall pendants come together in one collection language. In keeping with the city hotel concept, the light was divided into scenarios that are functional for guests working during the day and restful on their return in the evening.

The Lighting Standard in Hotel Rooms

Repeatability is essential in hotel lighting: the same light experience must be delivered in hundreds of rooms. All fixtures were produced in our workshop to series production tolerances, and colour temperature and brightness were matched in every room. Bedside units were chosen with swivel heads to suit the reading angle, and a dimming infrastructure compatible with the blackout curtain scenarios was installed. In the bathrooms, steam-resistant, high colour rendering mirror lighting was applied.

Project Management

Installation progressed in step with the hotel's floor-by-floor renovation programme, and the hotel never stopped operating. Delivery, installation and commissioning were carried out by our own teams. For ease of maintenance, all light sources were chosen as standard modules that can be replaced from stock.

Process and Warranty

As in every project, the process began with a survey: the space was measured, sample units were submitted for approval, production was completed in our workshop and installation was carried out by our own team. All fixtures were delivered with long-life LED sources and easy-to-maintain standard lamp holders and access details. After handover, a commissioning visit fine-tuned the light levels under real conditions of use; our products are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects.
