Our Design Approach

At Zeytin Restaurant in Tekirdağ, pendants and wall lights were developed as a single composition; the aim was for the hall to read as a whole and for sightlines to stay open. The pendants follow the table axes and give rhythm to the seating layout, while the wall lights establish a soft background glow across the wall surfaces. Because the two layers share the same metal finish and glass language, the space keeps a calm sense of unity even at its busiest.

Balance in Restaurant Lighting

The balance between service comfort and atmosphere was built with graded circuits: airy and inviting at lunch service, dim and intimate at dinner. Glare-free warm light on table surfaces and high colour rendering that preserves the natural colour of the food are our standard. Service routes are kept bright enough for staff while reading as dark to guests; that contrast is the basic technique for staging the seating areas.

Production and Installation

All fixtures were produced in our workshop; sample units were tested in the space and heights and brightness were adjusted on site. Installation was completed at night around the restaurant's service schedule, without disrupting opening hours.

Process and Warranty

As in every project, the process began with a survey: the space was measured, sample units were submitted for approval, production was completed in our workshop and installation was carried out by our own team. All fixtures were delivered with long-life LED sources and easy-to-maintain standard lamp holders and access details. After handover, a commissioning visit fine-tuned the light levels under real conditions of use; our products are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects.

Our Light Comfort Standards

Glare-free warm light at the tables, soft background illumination on the wall surfaces, a fixed colour temperature of 2700 Kelvin and a high colour rendering standard were applied. The brightness ratio between pendants and wall lights was adjusted so that the composition stays balanced when viewed from any point in the hall. Thanks to scenario control, the operator manages the atmosphere transitions through the day with a single touch.
